FINDING A WAY

Quote -  "Deuteronomy 1:22 '.....bring back word to us of the way by which we should go up....' 

The leader communicates the vision and announces the plan. He selects and commissions a team to find the way to make it happen.

Consensus is good to a point; then it's all about leadership.

After a certain point the team are not the ones to say whether it can or cannot be done.

Moses' team exceeded their commission.

They were meant to find a way to implement their leaders' vision.

The finance people, the PR people, the management team are to find ways to make it happen, not find reasons why it can't happen.

A majestic thing is a leader and his team working together properly (Proverbs 30:30,31)
